Rootcause Wellness Consultations & Programs

Free 15-Minute Consultation

To decide if health coaching is right for you or a loved one, I invite you to schedule a free initial consultation with me.

During this session, we will discuss your wellbeing and lifestyle along with any health concerns to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals.

Cost: Free

I offer a fun, safe, and positive coaching environment so both of us can experience optimal growth and learning during every session. I only coach in one Zone…..the NO JUDGEMENT ZONE!!

Initial Discovery Consultation (90min)

An initial 90-minute session. This initial consultation consists of a thorough health history including previous and current health concerns, family history, discussion of previous health records, labs or other health test results. I will listen compassionately to your story and together we will dive into your eating habits, lifestyle choices, spiritual life, and self-defeating thought patterns that could be holding you back from discovering your healthiest self and the amazing life you deserve. You will walk away with an individualized health plan with including dietary changes for nutritional healing, supplements, lifestyle changes, and recommendations for additional lab-work and/or functional tests if indicated, as well as, referrals for local Functional/Integrative doctors.

Cost: $200

Per-Session Follow Up Consultation

• 30minutes – $40
• 60 minutes – $80

Reclaim Your Health Program

What you will get:

3 months of health coaching (6 sessions) – $400

We will meet bi-monthly for (2) 60-minute sessions to discuss your progress, celebrate accomplishments, embrace and overcome setbacks, and keep you accountable for the goals we agree on because ACCOUNTABILITY IS KING!

As your health coach and accountability partner, I will provide a customized wellness roadmap designed uniquely to fit your lifestyle and circumstances.

• Find healthier food swaps for those “guilty pleasures”
• Offer fitness guidance and support
• Provide handouts and resources specific to your needs and goals

Total Transformation Program

What you will get:
6 months of Health Coaching (12 sessions) – $700

You will receive all the services of the three-month Reclaim Your Health Program, but we will dig deeper into your health journey. You will benefit from continued guidance, support, and accountability for lasting results.

Integrative/Functional Medicine Q&A Intensive (60min)

• Looking for an Integrative Health Practice for you or your child but don’t know where to start?
• Which doctor should you choose and where?
• What do you ask?
• What labs do you request?
• Why are these doctors different and what services and treatment modalities do they typically provide?
• Are there any that take Insurance?

I will answer these questions and more in this one on one 60 minute intense Q & A session. I have seen,, who I believe, are some of the best Functional/Holistic Medicine doctors in the country. I will share my experiences, as well as, my humble opinion in the fields of Integrative and Functional Medicine.

Cost $75

Root Cause Speciality Q&A Intensive (45min)

• Have you or a loved one been diagnosed with Lyme, Autism, PANDAS, or an Autoimmune illness?
• Are you completely overwhelmed by all the conflicting information on these diseases and don’t even know where to start?
• Looking for someone to help you sort through all the specialty doctors, available therapies and treatment protocols?

Well, Take a breath….cause I am here to help you and offer any guidance and support you may need along your healing path. . If you’ve read my story, then you know that my journey with recovering a loved one from Autism/PANDAS and my pursuit to heal myself from Chronic Lyme disease began over 10 years ago.

In this 45 minute in person or zoom session I will be on hand to answer any and all questions about my personal knowledge and experience including: doctors I’ve seen, Autism Recovery protocols, the many Lyme Protocols and the many healing modalities I explored during the healing process. Based on my experiences, I can also offer advice and/or my opinion on specialty supplements, therapies and special diets. I follow some of the top doctors in these fields and keep up on the latest and greatest healing opportunities. (See Disclaimer)

Think of this session as a pure knowledge transfer. I am willing to share any and all information I have in the hopes that it could reveal a possible missing link in your recovery process.

Special Diets/Protocol Management Support (45min)

• Already been to see a Holistic or Integrative doctor and walked out with a treatment plan that’s 2 pages long and you don’t even know where to start?
• Have you been told you or your loved one has to go on a special diet and you are completely overwhelmed by your new eating plan?

I am here to help you and guide you along your healing journey!

As an Integrative Health Coach and experienced patient, I can work closely with your Integrative/Functional Practitioner to ensure that you are following your health protocol, help you navigate through any bumps and challenges, and track your progress. I am also someone who has been through this process many times, I can provide encouragement and support through your whole journey. I can help you build special diet plans that actually fit into your specific lifestyle needs, as well as help you with delicious recipes that will allow you to enjoy your food and indulge in those “guilty pleasures” from time to time during your healing process. Let me teach you techniques to manage your stress and calm your mind that are critical in order to ignite your body’s own miraculous healing capacity.

I have organized and hosted several school Wellness Weeks’ for my children’s school and let me tell you……the kids LOOOOOVE it…..it’s the best week of the year!!!

Kids of all ages are educated on how to feed and move their bodies for optimal health and readiness to learn. The week is full of interactive learning, exercise, food tastings, fun contests and more. And oh did I mention the great prizes!!!
