True Holistic Wellness looks at the whole person, Mind, Body, and Spirit. Making good food choices and staying fit are key players in health. However, there is no amount of kale, spinach, medications, exercise, meditation, or even money that can give you the same peace, healing, and true freedom that a personal relationship with your creator can provide for you. This is my personal experience as I have navigated through the many challenges and chaos of life. My strong faith has allowed me to continue to experience great Joy and Blessings even in the midst of my darkest moments. When we allow ourselves to spend quiet time in solitude with God, it’s an opportunity to calm our bodies, cleanse our minds and purify our hearts so we can experience great rest from the daily stressors of life and ignite our inner healing process.
